Terms & Conditions
Campaign Dates:
First 10 days of the month (00:00 hours on 1st August to 23:59 hours on 10th August and 00:00 hours on 1st September to 23:59 hours on 10th September) (hereinafter
a. Offer – 20% cashback on orders on Bigbasket Platform.
b. Minimum transaction value: Rs. 1500
c. Maximum cashback per card per month: Rs. 500
d. Offer valid only on first 10 days of the month (1st– 10th August 2016 and 1st– 10th September, 2016)
e. Offer valid only on Citibank Credit and Debit cards, except Citibank Corporate Credit Cards
f. The offer is not valid on cash and/card-payment on delivery.

Detailed Terms and Conditions
1. The Offer fulfilment will be in the form of Cashback.
2. Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
3. The Offer is valid only during the Offer Period.
4. Transactions completed during this Offer Period will only be considered.
5. The saving will be calculated on the final amount of the transactions.
6. Products and services are subject to availability.
7. This Offer shall not be valid on cancelled transactions or charge back transactions.
8. Offer is not valid on payments made through Merchant wallets, PayPal account, Cash
on Delivery (COD) and other wallets / modes of payments.
9. The cash back will be processed to customers card account by December 10, 2016 on
a best effort basis. The timeline provided for affecting the credit is only indicative of
expected period and may differ from actual date of credit.
10. It is mandatory for the Customers to pay with a valid Citibank credit or debit card
issued in India.
11. If the Customer applies any Coupon code and/or redeems his/her PAYBACK Loyalty
Points in the transaction, the Customer shall qualify for the Offer only on the net
amount paid by the Customer through his/her Citibank Credit Card or debit Card.
12. The Customer cannot club two Citibank offers during the Offer Period.
13. The Offer cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person or customer.
Details of the Offer:
Citibank and Bigbasket are launching an offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) during the
above mentioned Offer Period. Details of the Offer extended to all Citibank customers using
valid Citibank Credit & Debit cards issued in India (via the Bigbasket website and Mobile
App only in India) and the terms and conditions governing the usage of the Offer are detailed
herein below.
The below offers are valid for bookings made on Bigbasket’s website and App (“Bigbasket
Platform”) only.
14. The Customer shall not be entitled to avail the Offer in the event of cancellation of the
order by the Customer.
16. Bigbasket will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the
Offer by the Customer or if the claim is not eligible under the Offer.
17. Citibank and Bigbasket reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and
without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of
these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer,
whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
19. The T&Cs of this Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai
only.
21. Citibank or Bigbasket shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to
Bigbasket Platform due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other
reason whatsoever.
22. The Offer is valid only if the Customer’s card account continues to be in good
standing and payment continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
23. Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers,
employees, agents, vendors, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that
may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered or incurred, by the
Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of availing the Offer or by the use or nonuse, acceptance or decline or suitability or effectiveness of the services pertaining to
the Offer.
24. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Citibank or Bigbasket
to conduct further such Offers.
25. If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or Bigbasket in respect of the
Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control
of Citibank or Bigbasket, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires,
accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other
causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or
Bigbasket, then Citibank and/or Bigbasket shall not be liable for the same to the
extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
26. The terms & conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to & not in
substitution/derogation to the rules & regulations governing the use of the Citibank
credit card, debit card, net banking services and/or the Citibank websites as stated

20. Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or
quality of the products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the
Customers directly to Bigbasket at“www’ .bigbasket.com”and that Citibank shall not
entertain any communication in this regard.
18. In no event, the entire liability of Bigbasket to a Customer, entitled under the said
Offer, for any dispute arising in connection with this Offer, shall exceed the
cashbackamount set out herein.

Citibank from usage of credit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise
will be governed by Citibank Terms & Conditions and the Cardmember terms and

27. All of Citibank’s and Bigbasket’s actions shall be on a best-effort basis only.
28. The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein.
Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to
have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
