hey there is very simple way to book a FLAT in DDA 2014 in Delhi, infact we use it every other day,its payumoney thru which we can book with out hassles, as DDA site has very much traffic and it crashed this morning and official sites redirect to Payumoney https://www.payumoney.com/…#/

which shows different bank sites and the bank sites redirect to payumoney page which i mentioned above.
Booking amount is One Lac only which is refundable if you dont get selected for the flat.

you can use any bank by putting it at last and no credit card or debit card can be used, only netbanking,neft and rtgs only.

i found similar page for kotak mahindra bank. Please check payment options after filling form. Please check if credit card can be used. DDA said only netbanking in brochure..
If any bank payment including Credit card can be used. Than it should be FPD….

Is payumoney giving any cashback….like 15%, max 75rs, etc
Axis bank has different payment page/gateway, not linked to payumoney…
If anybody applied in DDA online. Please check if Credit card is applicable at payumoney for DDa booking. Also what is procedure for financing Registration fees, as told by DDA earlier…
There are 2 lottery tickets per year :
1) DDA Flats
2) CAT Exam
DDA scheme came one time in 4 year. Last came in 2010. Second, CAT is not lottery ticket. Also CAT comes 2 times a year…
CAT is test, as much you do in exam, as high will be your score. Its not a lottery..
MAT is 2 times a year. Not sure about Cat. Check it…

I paid the required amount through HDFC net banking (1 lakh + 150 for application form + 22 for convenience fee).
I got a receipt which contains the “Application form number”
Do I need to do anything else (e.g. Submitting hardcopy of registration form or submitting this receipt to DDA office etc etc.) ?
DDA asked for PAN card copy, but we dint submit any on online submission, just gave the pan card no. Is that sufficient.
Do we need to submit the hardcopy of application no. received after online payment .
