Clip plus was released in 2009 and clip zip was released in 2011. Clip plus has stable rockbox version and cliz zip has unstable version as of now. There are very minor differences b/w these products though both have same sound output(same hardware). If needed i can list the differences that i have read online

You will not be charged anything extra.
This price includes custom duty and shipping costs. I compared the price with aramex shopandship service and amazon direct shipping price. The discount of 500 makes this a good deal
I haven’t got any past experience with this site but have read online that their service is good and fast

They quote you the price in INR so no extra charges . You can also pay by netbanking

Also save the quote if you wish to buy. You can make the purchase after some days or you can reject it. Once you save the quote the coupon gets applied permanently. Coupon is working now. Don’t know how long it remains active
