Exactly. The moment I gave my id and password, it threw up the saved card details asking for CVV. That means quick pay is already enabled. So, I think their statement is only for those who have not linked a payment parameter to their citrus wallet before. We old users should be doing fine. Let’s wait till tomorrow.

True that. I myself have ordered for them and they can be trusted. And they do care about their customers, it’s just that they’re a bit slow.

I am still receiving delivery confirmation and feedback emails for the order I placed around 2 months back.

Shipping is free on combos and their “picks”. Check again.

I have orders many times from CitynU and they are really good. They are just small and trying to be big enough to sell to someone and make money which is trend now a days.

even got refund for order not delivered due to courier.

only fraud here can be citrus as mails are bouncing and no cashback. they do it manually ? as people want to wait for working day.

Bro, even Citrus has been here for a long time. I think I first used them via HealthKart or Pepperfry 2-3 years ago.

There is no “Enable Quick Pay” option but anyway I went ahead and paid thru citrus. Will I be able to get the cashback?

I haven’t received it yet for an order placed early in the morning yesterday, but I am not worried because they asked for 48 hours. Anyway, how did you come to know? If it was via an email, please share the email subject.
