Hello Dimers,
We have evolved from a very basic forum to where we are now… Its a interesting journey and we have learnt a lot from Dimers on what works and what does not work… 
Lately we started with a major upgrade for Desidime where we are consolidating many of the features to provide the most valuable information to Dimers and visitors of the website…
We rolled out the stores and categories page in New design format where all information about a particular store (be it deal, coupon or a discussion thread) nicely tucked on one single page..

We obviously rolled out Chat functionality which is still being worked on and will completely replace PM in next few months.
And now we are moving our efforts towards forums.. DesiDime forums is more than just deal sharing platform or plain vanilla forums… Its the most vibrant place on the internet where any shopaholic would love to be
I am attaching a screenshot of the future Forum thread (Or you can say deal)… Some of the key highlights would be Wiki (Currently Admin/Mod driven Wiki but would soon be more like a Community wiki so all top information is summarised which OP might have missed out on), ability to flag comments, ability to chat with dimers from same window (a better version), ability for the OP to upload images on Desidime server itself (no need to upload on imgur etc..), collapsing of quotes so its easier to read on mobile etc…
We would be bringing on many changes around how deal/coupon is submitted vs how a trade thread is started… We would be using this thread to keep posting regular updates so that way, all of us can together build a better community for the Dimers.
Comments are welcome and please restrict it to only discussion around the screenshot/features posted.

Using the version 2.16.1 !! Still havn’t upgraded to the new version !! found it to be the best; a few app notifications r late but it’s worth experience to stick to the old version

PS: Deal baba corner popup removed from mobile site (as suggested by Dimers)
- There are few groups here who keeps licking each others a$$ …. this should be discouraged
- price errors & loot threads should be banned
I would rather see DD as a smart forum instead of impulsive forum which it is now.

It would be nice to have price tracking graph of particular product and have an alert when price drops to lower than lowest till date. It means price of product in the deal posted will get auto recorded in background.
@admin @bumblefoot @Nigel For the past 2-3 days, i am experiencing very slow loading of DD pages(any thread or post). I have 2 connections – BSNL as well as JIO, tried in both & experiencing same slow loading of site. Also tried opening DD in other browsers like Chrome & Internet Explorer, same issue. But via app, it is working fine. Can you please tell check it??

Don’t believe desidime site. Its waste of time to post new deals, threads & etc..
As i am member from 4 months and i request for a product [in-order to redeem the gift from dimes] on 2th July 2016 till date there was no information. There simply say next Monday will be processed but there will not process. For me 4 weeks as cross after informing me.
Now, no reply from the admin side.
Please think before, while posting.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention… We have figured and fixed this problem today morning…
Here’s a screenshot of the same… And we are hoping you are already seeing the difference in page speed today…

Thanks for replying & also fixing the issue. Now i am able to browse easily compared to past few days. Good work by your team in finding & fixing the issue. Also thanks for the screenshot.

1. YESTERDAY again during Amazon Treasure Hunt Site was slow and un accessible. Last time it was solved I remember admin posting about it. Bit this time again same problem occurred. Plz look into it.
2 . Image attaching is still difficult sometimes I copy link form imgur.com but mostime error occurs : Don’t know why. Plz add easy solution for it. I wantto attach image & screenshots but Bcoz of difficulty I leave it.
3. Like someone posted above Price tracker with sms ( don’t know if it viable ) wud be great. We would get instant notice. Notification my mail or Web notification will be too late.
Is any other site providing it.?

It will be g8, if Image Upload Option in Reply dialog box instead of depending on external sites for image uploads !
