- This marketing program is from State Bank of India and SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. under an arrangement with Motorola and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current State Bank Debit or SBI Credit Card and to whom a communication is sent by Bank/SBICPSL.
- The Validity of the Program is from 21st April, 2015 (00:00 hrs) till 28th April, 2015 (23:59 hrs), unless extended by Bank, SBICPSL, Motorola and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd by mutual consent in writing.
- All SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no outstanding of more than 30 days and all State Bank Debit Cardholders excluding State Bank Virtual Debit Card are covered under this Program.

- The maximum discount permitted/allowed per card account is Rs. 1,200/-
- Maximum numbers of transactions allowed under the offer per Card is 1.
- Add on cards (in case of SBI Credit Cards) will be treated as separate card.
- The discount will be calculated on the cart amount comprising of products belonging to the eligible above mentioned categories only.
- Discount is ALSO applicable on EMI transactions done using a SBI Credit Card.14% Rate of Interest applicable on Monthly Reducing Balance
- Discount is NOT applicable for Card-on-delivery transactions.
- Discount is NOT applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
