I have been using ixigo since more than 2 years. Personally I have filed 18-20 claims. All got approved without any issue. Pm me if you need any help
me too using it from last 2 yrs…booked almost 50 tickets… never got problem in getting cashbacks…only once booked ixigo/easemytrip….not able to filled cashback as PNR no was not accepted by ixigo…sent multiple mail to ixigo but nothing happened..

You have to use paytm on easemytrip. Paytm will give Rs 600 cashback, if the transaction amount is 3000 or above. Ixigo will Rs 500 cashback in citrus wallet if you book on easemytrip via ixigo(no minimum amount restriction). See the image.
