you can do recharge, bcz nowhere it is mentioned not applicable for recharge.. 
beware, its not on recharge, u wll have to set billers & u willhave to pay bills. and its not a good deal. earlier they were giving 30% cashback upto rs 500. so if u had an electricity bill or insurance premium u would have got 500 rs cashback.

One doubt: Can’t we set our prepaid as remainder and pay later, so it will be under bill payment.. 
Last time I had to fight for 20 days for the CB from the shopclues offer. They don’t reply to mails. I exchanged the 100 bucks for shopclues voucher and sweared not to use their service again. Uninstalled immediately.
