Flipkart Internet Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Flipkart”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is conducting an event (“Event”) during the period of 16th April, 2015 to 19th April, 2015 wherein the user (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer”) has an opportunity to participate subject to the terms of this Policy. Your participation in this Event shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein below (“Policy”).

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this document, at any time without any prior written notice to You. If You participate in this Event, You shall be subject to this Policy.
To participate in the Event, You need to fulfil the following criteria:
a. Find the product whose image is displayed and add it to Your wishlist.
b. The first 50 correct entries will get the product at 100% discount.
Winners will be announced on 20th April, 2015. Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Flipkart and Flipkart’s decision in this regard will be final.
This contest is valid only in India except in the state of Tamil Nadu.
The minimum age of such participant shall be 18 years.
You confirm and acknowledge that You are aware that by participating in this Event, You have given Us rights to use Your name, photograph and other personal details for the purpose of this Event.
The Customer shall not damage or misuse intellectual property rights belonging to Us or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols etc being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Flipkart and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.
There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such prizes or benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non – transferable. In case of damage or technical defect, the product will be eligible for replacement as per Flipkart’s 30 day replacement policy. In no case, a refund for the product will be provided.
FLIPKART reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this Event any time as deemed fit.
We shall not be liable for any injuries to person or property of the Customer and deny any liability other than as specifically mentioned under the Policy.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all liabilities and costs suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You and/or (ii) violation of applicable laws.
This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
