Grofers have worst customer service dept. They deliberately deliver less items and on hard persistence also return money in grofers wallet instead of source acct even after 1000 complaints. Wishful thinking they have that for utilizing that refund amount we will order again.
Careful guys, avoid grofers.

Before their services where better!
may be 6-10 month’s before don’t know about recent as even i have stopped using it due to no good offers from their side.

I have not found any issue with Grofers delivery or customer care. I am based in Bangalore. Delivery is great and customer service is quite prompt in resolving any issues which includes returns.
I have also not found any issue from grofers…..i have placed more than 100 ordes from it….
I have placed around 50-60 orders and have a satisfaction % of 60% only..
Despite poor experience many a times, I hvnt stopped using it due to convenience and my laziness.
VU for those who prefer Grofers.
For me Bigbasket ICICI and Payzapp , Vishal Mega Mart 20% cashback have been the preferred options. Miss Peppertap though
