Jugnoo is cheater.
Ridiculous.
I have booked ride but I didn’t get ride because driver denied to go. I try to find cancel ride option in App but didn’t get neither customer care pickup the call. Driver start the ride and roam the auto nearby area and make good charges. Unfortunately same day i linked paytm account to jugnoo so amount deduct from my paytm account. I complained to jugnoo and they refunded my amount in jugnoo cash with one month expiry date which was cut from my paytm account. Now i m going to consumer court file a complaint against Jugnoo.
