Telecom and DTH recharges and bill payments
Insurance Premium
Electricity and water bills

Nowhere mentioned about the minimum spending

Bhai , option nahi h Voucher ka toh nahi h . Just because SBI guys term this coupon as Voucher , then it doesn’t mean PF site will give you a new payment option .
