but i read in the terms and conditions page of paytm where they have mentioned something like customer to bank transfer regarding the paytm wallet,so if buy a mobile and get cashback of 2k then how r we going to transfer to our bank acc or do we have to use that cashback till it is exhausted..?????

you can transfer cashback received for a product into a bank account. You need to spend it on paytm
Only money for cancelled orders/returned products can be transferred back to bank account

If I am not wrong Happay app allows you to use Paytm wallet and transfer the money into your bank account. On the flip side, they charge you 2% of the money as a transaction fee.
