Damn Slow but works. in case pick up not possible, you will get courier charges reimbursement! why not ask for a replacement first! Source: 1st hand experience.

@jyotirmoy.hajra146 thanks for the information, got some response from Paytm asked them for replacement.

Paytm not always ready for replacement. They mostly do a refund. I wanted a replacement and they told to buy the product again with the money credited !
