most ridiculous entity considering the brand equity they have
first and probably my last transaction ever with them.

• it seems their Standard Operating Procedure is to open the product (or if they sell used products, then its altogether another issue)
• remove the product from its original packaging and/or carton
• put the product (in our case the Boxers of some Jack n Jones Brand) in a small polyethylene bag of their own; such that its crumpled beyond reasonable measure
• send it to shipping address in a carton that can not even handle their shoddy handling and arrives dented and cracked

I assume Bombay Rayon (Poddar Group of Kolk.) must be very happy too; they can manufacture these shoddy shorts for under 80-90 or at max 100Rs.
but the brand licensee of Jack and Jones mark the prices as 585/-

I would rather throw or give it to someone needy than to further communicate with Myntra’s supra-intelligent folks wo/manning the [email protected] account

250 rupees is not worth loosing peace for like this (5 mails with repetitive canned messages without actually giving any tangible solution)

returns hassles could be with any entity; in pre internet era or at least till 2000s we did correspond with Birla Group too, manufacturer and licensee of Louis Philippe when shirts had fibre piling issues.

but now who has the willingness?? Not me at least.

the run down stocks from 12-15 months before are send by every entity in 95% of the cases [immaterial of the product category] [SnapD, Fashionara, Pepperfry, AmazonIn.. you name it]

returns and refunds are a lame process in India.. why are people forced to remain hooked to the entity: refund of monies through banking channel is avoided by give credits in their on-site account s|-|itty system

They have own pickup for returns just click return on my orders… They give u cashback If u want to get it to your bank email at [email protected] they refund it… Please dont talk bad if u dont know fully about it

This is bull shit I have 6 accounts in it and one account is also coupon not came cheating customers like this way and snapdeal too started invite only program snapbox… They just wanted to fool customers

@dvd-deshivideshideals, I don’t really know why you tend to spam at every topic related to myntra. I bought a lot of stuff there & most are pretty much good quality. All are genuine & customer service is awesome. No problems at all with returns/exchange or anything. And coming to price too, Its bang for the buck, after discounts the price at which they sell is just too good.

If you have any problem against myntra go at a consumer court and solve it, though I really don’t think you have one cuz Myntra support will definitely solve any issue. Though what you do looks like a personal grudge to reduce their reputation, but really you can’t turn anyone away from Myntra because imo they’re the best fashion shopping retailer in India!

I was amazed to see the boxers sooo cheap… anyways 200-250rs boxers with fake branding are the best so far !!!

All these things will really boost the customer attitude towards the brand and elevate the image of brand’s showroom !!!

I’ve also noticed that these online stores analyse you and dispatch fake product. Imagine you getting fake calvin klien undies, when you have never used one !!! Facebook, google & all these e-stores are all linked !!!! COOKIES !!! If they get caught all the customer can do is return the goods and they will have no problem finding the next bakra. If they can spread 100 fake goods in 1000 that is enough not to get caught and make some real profits. It is very easy to clone brand logos, we don’t even need china for it.

I actually hoped for a better offer as per the hype, but little disappointed.
