जिनका वीकेंड शनिवार और संडे है और फ्राइडे इवनिंग से वीकेंड

Works only for preapaid orders !! Not crap bhai discount chahiye toh online hi pay karna hoga !! Cause there might be problems if I place an order on cod firstly the resto will get to know about the discount we are getting and secondly payment to resto becomes difficult since partly is being paid to the resto electronically and partly by us in cash

I use them every other day. I pay 200 – 100 – 50 by Payumoney = Rs 50

JustEat ended the APP50 promotion sometime this weekend. This is a really bad move!

Now I’ll be forced to pay padded up taxes and delivery charges via FoodPanda.

Was bound to happen !! I won’t be surprised foodpanda slowly reducing discounts to 20 to 25 range !! Tiny owl is their only biggest competitor presently but still its coverage is limited to few cities

Around 20-25 on foodpanda with online payment

Around 20-25 on Tastykhana as well

But with tinyowl i have like 50-70 restaurants or even more , all accepting online payment.

Yup apart from low commissions,their app is excellent.

Once an order is placed,the times starts from 45 minutes,then when order is confirmed,timer starts from 60/45minutes(Depending on delivery time of restaurant) , in one of my orders,timer didnt reset after order was confirmed,so when 45 minutes got over it automatically asked me if i received the food,i clicked “Not Yet”,within 2-3 minutes i got a notification and sms saying that the order will be delivered in 5-10 as the restaurant was facing a lot of rush.

And within 5 minutes i got the order as well.

This shows their customer service is quick and top notch as well.

But i fear that this excellent service will degrade when the app expands to all cities.

Tastykhana was so good at the start,they used to give trinkets refund when orders used to be late and if wrong items were delivered.

In the last 6 months before tastykhana was purchased by foodpands, tastykhana doesnt even refund if the order is late by 2 hours,or if the product i ordered is not delivered.
