It might be actual guy calling you to confirm of you yourself have placed many orders because, for cod orders, flipkart doesn’t call for such small amount..
Wallet refund is when your orders are cancelled by flipkart..

Also and does order getting confirmed means that they will ship the product definitely or there are still some chances that it may get cancelled by them
