Get 50% cashback (Upto Rs.100 on your first payment made through paytm wallet on the Meru Cabs App. The offer is open/applies to new individual users and existing non- wallet users of Meru (Existing wallet users will not be eligible for this offer)
After completion of this trip, the total fare amount (including any other charges) will get charged to the users from the Paymt wallet.
50% cashback (max. upto Rs.100) will be credited to the respective cab-wallet within 2 working days from date of pyament

Used it yesterday, it’s a smart app… During the ride time it showed as not connecting to paytm wallet after I paid cash it connected. Had to pay full amount. Customer service is pathetic wasted time in talking to fools. There is no message if your paytm wallet is connected and customer service guys don’t belive in you.

Just had my first ride with meru. meru150 is working smoothly. Meru billing sysytem is not correct. .although they bill me less(completely free for me 
) but they can charge more also. so..billing point of view the meru service is not good. otherwise you can give it try …dont book in peak time as they charge 50 extra for this time frame.

Does it mean first time Paytm wallet users or first time wallet users ? I had created a Citrus account for my first trip but didn’t add any amount to it, paid via cash. Am I eligible for this offer ?

bq. If payment through Cab-Wallet has failed due to any reason, consumer has to pay the full amount by cash & on such incident 50% cash back maximum upto INR 100 will not be applicable.
That doesn’t sound good at all. Even if it’s an error on their side, we have to pay the total charges.
