MI Powerbank Pre-Order !

I had pre-ordered on 22nd August. Hadn’t shipped till today. Since the 10400 mah power bank came in stock, I canceled my pre-order and ordered the now in stock item. It has been shipped already (though I received an email saying to expect delivery by 10th Sept).

I had Pre-Ordered 10400 Mah on 22-AUG-2014. It is still showing as “Will be shipped once released”.

If the item was in stock today and they sold it out before honoring honest buyers, we have to treat flipkart as just another Indian websites among the lot who are TRICKY.

They have to answer to us and apologise to Pre-order buyers and compensate adequately.

Had preordered on 22nd August. Shipped today. Will be delivered before 5th September.

I am getting message “Your item has been packed”. I had pre ordered on 22nd

Same is the case with me !! i guess they are slowly shipping for everyone ! we need to have some patience ! But don’t know what pre-order was actually meant for !

Ordered on 22aug…today around 8pm got msg that ur item has been shipped yippie ..i am happy

I called customer care around 7pm and said what is happening
And they said dnt worry sir i have forwarded ur complaint
And just after half nd hour my order got shipped…
So i think u all must call them ..whosoever placed their order on 22august

Mine still says " will ship once released ".

The order which I have placed today has packed now and the pre-order placed on 22nd Aug till now says will be shipped once released…Think flipkart is sleeping.:-?

I pre-ordered 2 powerbanks…both of them shipped today…I May get delivery on monday…..

Even i called them my order on 22nd is still not yet shipped and they were giving reasons that its out of stock!!! And that they will be able to ship when new stock arrives next week!!!

Mine says " Your items has been packed ". Just click on the Order number and it will give you detailed description.

Somebody should teach them the meaning of “PRE-ORDER”…..A lot of my friends, including me, preordered on 22nd itself….Not even a single one shipped…Whereas couple of friends’ order that are placed today got shipped.. ..I just called them and they started to lie that the product is not released…Call got transferred to a supervisor and he lied to me as well..But later on admitted that they shipped a lot of orders today…He promised me that they will send the powerbank from the next lot…Flipkart’s quality of service degraded a lot….Probably amazon will overtake flipkart….AZ customer care guys are just awesome (atleast to me)….

The exact same thing happened with me as well, when i called them they said its not on sale and when i said my friends have ordered the supervisor confirmed that they will prioritize in the next lot! Now im forced to order the 5200mah coz i dunno if they will ever ship the 10400mah!

Really do they even know what is a pre-order?

Buddy have you tried to click on the order number? I’m taking about the place where they have shown the different stages of order. Check over there if it says " Payment approved" or " Item packed". Maybe your product is packed and awaiting shipment.

I pre-ordered 2 Mi 10400mAH and both shipped.

Mine just shipped.

Its in “payment approved” status…I am just mad ’cause they simply lied to my face….They should have told me that its a technical glitch / they dint get enough stock (still not explaining why they listed today)..

As per Zauba website they got 3200 pieces of 10400 Mah power bank.

WILL SHIP ONCE RELEASED.

Did they open the orders today? If so, Can some people who ordered this product today and have got it shipped, give their order numbers, so that the same can be taken up with Flipkart. (You can PM me the numbers if you do not want to give them in the open)

I totally agree if we have even one order id we can take it up with flipkart and make them to fast track the pre-orders.

Nope nope dont do that bro…Atleast they will get the package…

Its not that flipkart will cancel their packages its just that we need to raise it with them.

I don’t think flipkart will cancel those orders if someone raises the issue quoting the order number of people who placed their orders today and shipped. there are just 3200 quantity of Power banks with flipkart and it totally depends on them how they distribute it

Looks like even 5200 is running out of stock soon only 86 left :
