The Mi4i has a unibody polycarbonate body.
Mi4i will come in 5 colours: black, white, orange, light blue and pink.
According to Xiaomi, the Mi4i has a soft touch matte finish with anti grease coating.

The Mi4i comes with a 3120mAh battery.
The phone comes with a quick charge feature. It lets you charge its battery up to 40 percent in one hour and 100 percent in three hours.
Xiaomi Mi4i has a 1080p display. The phone has a 5-inch display, 441 ppi.
The phone has a fully laminated OGS Corning Concore display, which provides the same protection as Gorilla Glass 3, according to Barra.
Mi4i has “sunlight display” technology.
Barra claims the display adjusts images so that they look better under bright light. He says the display shows images of higher quality under any lighting and is 30 percent more power efficient.
Mi4i has Visual IVR, a unique and interesting feature which will give you visual information during IVRs.
It has a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual tone flash.

The software identifies the age of the person clicking selfies and applies filters accordingly.

Now all phones below 10k have similar specs it’s the onslaught of Lenovo and Yureka that has made xiaomi release a product. Not worth the hype shud have been listed 2k less….
And to add to it every xiaomi phone is an iron box out of the box!

Only Redmi 1s had heating issues. Thats also very much resolved with MIUI6. We have almost all Mi Mobiles in Family .. Mi3, Mi4(16Gb+64Gb), Redmi 1s, Redmi Note 4G, Redmi Note 3G, Redmi 2 and very much happy with its performance.
And we have never experienced lagging/hang issue atleast in Mi3 and Mi4 in any of them

I think a with a polycarbonate unibody price is perfectly fine…this type of body is usually found in premium handsets…

Yes, 16Gb without expandable memory is a let down. Could has given atleast 32Gb. But I dont think its overpriced.
People has no issues with price of iPhones/Samsungs/HTC with above 50k price tag for premium quality. But when it comes to Xiaomi, people expect same premium quality and features but at 10k. !!!

Oneplus doesnt support fast charge,still full charges in less than 2 hours.not to mention the battery capacity is same.
biggest let down is non expandable memory,better to go with zenfone2

One Plus One has sd 801 and no such complaints. The culprit is MIUI. Flash any Xiaomi device with CM and you will realize MIUI is a resource hog.

I think you haven’t seen the mi4 user reviews so many complaints on heating.
was waiting for it but seems not worth it, have ordered zenfone 2 rather.
btw yureka also has SD615 (1st gen) and is selling for 9k with similar specs except for screen resolution, why to pay 4k more when naked eye cant make difference between a 720 or 1080 p resolution ? then it does not have expandable memory and these days with whatsapp, how much time will it take to fill 12.50 GB ? mine wont last for 1 month even so bye bye xiaomi

& Storage is biggest essential for Indians, Which Xiaomi forgot while making Blueprint of Mi4i
this device will not be hit unless and until Company come out with 32 Gigs or 64 Gigs Variant
