I never bought PVR from nearbuy. 30% is not much of an deal, when now and then 50% off always comes and goes. Like PayZapp weekends or BMS week days, all are 50% off. Recently, Zerch also gave 250 OFF on 500 PVR GC. Hence, never arrived the need for it.
Make another nearbuy account and buy, if you really want.
As for your original query, I think yes, you can buy more then 1 using single nearbuy account but discount is reduced.

Nearbuy – So basically 30% once and forget abt it. Nowadays no time to create multiple accounts and dnt wanna anymore headache of remembering which number is linked to which email ID and in turn the same linked to which Nearbuy account..
Been there done that…came out a whole lot frustrated including facing the wrath of family members for the disturbing notifications they get..
