all ola cab drivers are rejecting the rides if ride have some ola money (because if they take ride with ola money they only will get money after 1 month). I have used around 32 rides from last one year in Bangalore. yesterday I have booked the ride at 7:30 PM, from that time, three drivers rejected to take rides. Finally no confirmation till 8:30 PM. When I try to contact Ola, that number is not at all working now a days (at least in peak times). I dropped to load ola money with this bad experience.

When did Ola change the T&C? Now it says Rs.300 to Rs.1000 only instead of Rs.5000. Just two days back my cousin recharged for Rs.3000 and got another Rs.3000 but I hadn’t read the T&C then.

It’s still working for transactions greater than Rs.1000.
