It has gone out of stock , may be techical reasons as 20% coupon was may be working

Don’t have much idea but i think wcdma means 3G so it will be dual sim gsm mobile with 3g only on 1 sim .
Maybe i am wrong as i own Nokia’s legendary simple symbian phone which shows gsm , 3G & 3.5G

Hi guys I ordered Lumia 730 bright orange from Paytm on 15th October but till today the phone has not been shipped. Beginning to doubt the service provided by Paytm. I have raised a ticket with them in this regard but replies yet. Calling there customer care is useless. They will just make you wait on call for ever. BTW I got a 15% cash back only!!

^I also ordered on 15th and is is showing Invoiced, to be packed. when i click processing it shows, it will be shipped on 18th (today) and delivered by 22nd Oct. Wait till tonight and then raise ticket. I ordered D.Grey @ 20% discount.

Hi Guys, it’s 19th now and the product has not yet been shipped.I am doubtful if I can get my hands on the phone before Diwali. I called the seller directly regarding the delay. He said that the phones are out of stock and they should arrive by Saturday or Sunday. As we have already invoiced the product any new stock will be delivered to us on priority.

@nskaries- Thanks for update but I have one doubt, how can they raise invoice without stock as IMEI is mentioned in invoice, right? Guess, will have to trust the seller and be patient. No chance of getting it before Diwali, hopefully i will get it before 10 Nov as it is a gift for my better half!

paytm has changed the name of shristi mobiles to Nokia Aligned Partner North 2,click the link in 1st post u can see the changed name.
if they dont have stock why are they taking orders?do they expect to customers to keep waiting for 2weeks to get the product?

secondly see this forum many complaints for the device by users who have bought this mobile.not sure if it is only few of the devices .

I reached out to paytm CC, they said they will ship it within 4 days or else they will process the refund in Paytm cash account.

wtf pathetic slow service, I paid through Citibank CC, why would i want the paid amount in paytm wallet?
Paytm should just stick to recharge and bill payments.

They are saying Refund will be done as paytm cash if product is not shipped in 4 days.
Called up Shristi Mobiles on 20th who say that phone will be delivered by 22nd . How can they deliver it tomorrow when the product has not been shipped till now .
