The Offer is being run by Adlabs Entertainment Limited (Adlabs) in association with Ani Technologies Private Limited (Ola), who are responsible to render the outstation cab services.

After booking IMAGICA tickets you may like to reach IMAGICA by an Ola Outstation Cab either from Mumbai or Pune. Adlabs will send you an e-mail with the Ola Outstation Cab booking process and cash back redemption details.
Ola will make the cabs available within 2 hours of your request on Ola app, subject to availability.
Each Ola cab has a maximum seating capacity of 4 persons.
You must pay the Ola cab driver directly in cash on completion of the trip. Toll charges must be paid additionally as applicable, OLA Wallet payments are NOT ACCEPTED.
On completion of your IMAGICA visit and transfers, you must send an e-mail to [email protected] from your registered e-mail id mentioning the IMAGICA ticket booking id & Ola cab CRN ID and registered mobile number to receive in the e-mail, four e-vouchers of value INR 100/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred Only) each to be used on Ola Mini & Prime cab hires within thirty days of the date of issue.
These vouchers are not redeemable / exchangeable for cash and once expired validity will not be extended.
Queries, comments or complaints regarding the Ola Outstation Cab, if any, must be submitted to [email protected].
Adlabs is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected e-mail or for any computer / Internet connection failures. OR if Ola cannot provide the cab as requested and /or discrepancies in the outstation cab services provided by Ola.
All complaints, discrepancies in services, fulfilment of promised services, delays, and voucher related issues shall be dealt by Ola cabs only.
