You are right, I am facing the same issue, I have ordered the same deal and LED bulbs, just got sms without order no and now not able to login or track order. fortunately the total order value is about Rs.400. Seems a shady company, keep trying to reach out to customer service, seems like an impostor, will keep you posted on the developments, would suggest exercise caution! BEWARE!!!

Good news finally, got my 1st order of LED bulbs delivered yesterday, waiting for the other one recieved an sms for that too, hopefully delivered in a couple of days, my initial worries seems to be fading away…thanks Ordervenue.
