Just bought due to OP credentials. However, I agree CCD is no longer what it used to be, and customer experience is now at its lowest. I only go to big CCD outlets when there is no Starbucks/Costa around AND only when I need a desperate and quick caffeine fix. CCD has lost all their good customers to better cafe’s whether chains/standalone.
