Paytm, one of the popular mobile commerce firms has launched Friendship Day offer that offers full talk time as cash back on any recharge between Rs 100 and Rs 250. This offer starts today and lasts for a week. You need to use the promo code FULLVALUE during recharge to claim this offer. This is available across all circles.

In most talk time plans, service tax and processing fee are deducted for top-ups, so you won’t get the full amount you pay. There are full talk time packs, but those cost more. Confusing Offer 
Paytm is just offering cashback of money deducted in service charge by the service provider.
i.e for doing recharge of 100, service provider is deducting Rs.15 service charge and hence the paytm is providing that Rs.15 as cashback

Full talk time means.. there are going to give equivalent cash back amount of the s.tax that you pay on every recharge.. i.e., ~15%. So you get charged for the same amount that you get in balance after deduction of tax make it as full talk time recharge..

@ airtel prepaid card, code is not valid for full talk time plan option also, it is applicable only where service charge applicable. indirectly not getting 15% also, it is better to recharge direct with full talk time topup amount plan.
