Factory Second= They will not ship used products (my personal experience) , they will send u new pieces/products but they mention this thing because they work on this platform. (Written on their site- Our buyers are continuously on the lookout for factory seconds, surplus, demo, damaged packaging, discontinued and overproduced items. We negotiate the best prices on such products and pass on the savings to our customers.) And i hope u know that every site do sell Surplus stock but the difference is that they never mention.
Greenduct do this because is their way to save tax and that’s why they r able to provide products at low prices. Although it is advised to buy on COD from them because they ship products a bit late but seems like (looking at some past reviews on DD) they have improved a lot.

Its got a nose trimmer attachent, I think u can use the same for the ears too. not sure about the eyes……eyes me kya trim karna hai?
