I am not an authorised personnel to speak on behalf of Paytm. 
Still giving an example…
If you go to a real market (say, a mall) & one of the stores sell you a bad product, will you curse the seller or the market?
Same should be done for Paytm.
Paytm facilitates transaction between the buyer & the seller.
But, in order to expand their horizon, Paytm takes the complete responsibility of making the trades successful.
BTW, The same can’t be said about Flipkart & WS Retail.
How many of them will know Paytm is using one of the politician black money.. at any time this guys will close their site and run away..
When a eCommerce site starting selling the products they have to take full responsibility for the product…
Customer is transferring the money to paytm not to the seller… When seller sells duplicate products or damaged products.. the company has to take responsibility….
Even I am not against PAYTM.. In last two years.. if we take count of all the complaints and issues was raised against PAYTM was too huge.. when compared with other online companies .. even it was mentioned in consumer court forum..
Many of them will know .. when company is growing quickly and getting named in market quickly… they will not with stand in the market because of their stupidity financial management…….
