So u r able to see ur account details but not able to use the codes u purchased?? Since when r u facing this issue cos I was able to use Helpchat on Sunday 14th Aug and get cashback too for the cab ride I availed in Hyderabad. Hvnt used it in the last 2 days but I see my cashback intact.
