guys. dont buy fragile items from pepperfry.. they are idiots. few days back i ordered a clock and when i received it, all the glass was broken into very fine pieces and moving inside.. height of thing it was wrapped in original thin card board box with single layer of bubble wrap….

Someone plz help m not able to pay via mobikwik.

i launched a complaint. i got call from them about refund.. lets see how many days it will take.. one thing i forgot to tell that they have sent cheap clock having fruits pictures instead of a classy silver i choose…

Same thing happen to me multiple times..now I have stopped buying glass items.

it took 10-12 min to unwrap it.
same time they took to pack it.

Brought 84 wala last time and then maid broke one next day and I broke 1 in evening

I have also brought this 2 months ago & when I received then firstly I didn’t believe that it’s my parcel but afterwards when I saw my name all details then I accept it thereafter when I opened that big box I have to see every glass wrap with individual bubble paper & that also 1 foot long wraper, till now all glasses safe & very good quality also, even packing cost is high compare to glasses cost
