TERMS & CONDITIONS
The “MFI Celebrations Offer” (“Offer”) is provided by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited.
The Offer is valid across all States of India except where prohibited by law.
The Offer is valid from 29th April to 15th May 2016 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
The Offer is applicable on select models of Consumer Electronic products, Samsung Smartphones & Tablets as detailed in the Annexures respectively (collectively called as “Products”). The offer shall be applicable on purchase of the Products from Samsung Exclusive Stores, select Multi Brand Stores, Modern Trade Stores, leading electronics & Mobile store (hereinafter called as “Outlet”). The offers shall also be applicable on purchase of the Products made from Samsung India e-store.
The offers shall be applicable only on genuine Products of Samsung purchased from authorized Outlets only. The Offers shall not be applicable on purchases made from third party ecommerce portals except specifically mentioned in the clauses below.
The respective offers for Samsung Smartphones, Tablets and Consumer Electronics are as under and may vary depending on the models/ products purchased as detailed below:

Up to 20% Cashback on MRP option is available on select models only. The list of such select models is given in Annexure A.

Free Samsung Home Theater System model HT-J5100K/XL worth Rs. 19 990.00 would be given on purchase of select models of LED TV, as detailed in Annexure A.

• 2 years Warranty (1+1)
  The extended warranty (1+1) will be valid for the specific models purchased between the promo period. 1st Year of warranty is the standard warranty which is applicable from date of invoice. The 2nd year warranty which is applicable from the date of expiry of the standard warranty is applicable only on Panel failure. The list of applicable models is detailed in Annexure A.

Process to avail Extended Warranty:
Installation call for the TV purchased during the offer period i.e. till 15th May 2016 shall be registered latest by 31 May 2016 and installation must complete by 25th May, 2016.
Customer has to handover one copy of invoice to the engineer during installation/demo. In case of non availability of Invoice, Warranty extension will not be applicable.
One Year extended warranty is applicable from the date of expiry of 1st year warranty i.e. 1+1 year.
The 1 year extended warranty is applicable only on Panel failure.

Terms & Conditions for Extended Warranty:
The terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty are supplement and in addition to the terms and conditions provided on the Standard Warranty Card supplied with the Product.
Under this offer the extended warranty will be valid for the specific models purchased between the promotion period from 29th April to 15th May, 2016.
1st Year of warranty is the Standard Manufacturer’s warranty as detailed in the warranty card which is applicable from date of invoice. The 2nd year warranty which is applicable from the date of expiry of the standard warranty is applicable only on Panel failure.
This Extended Warranty is confined to the first purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Product only and is non-transferrable. Extended Warranty applicable only on Panel failure.
Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Service Centres or its Authorized Service Centres or it’s Dealer’s Service Centres.
For the Products installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the Authorized Service Centre/Company’s Service Centre/Authorized Dealer’s Service Centre, all the expenses including but not limited to collection of the Product or part/s from the Company’s Service Centre/Authorized Service Centre/Authorized Dealer’s Service Centre, expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/ technicians, travel expenses (to and fro) incidentals expenses etc. shall be borne by the Purchaser.
In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the Product, this Extended Warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the Extended Warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the Extended Warranty period.
During the period of the Extended Warranty the Company’s obligation under shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only. The maximum claim /s if entertained by the Company will be subject to the maximum listed price of the Panel of the Product or the purchase price of the Panel part of the Product, whichever is lower.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the Company’s prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the Purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
The Extended Warranty does not cover any accessories external to the Product.
Customer has to handover one copy of invoice to the engineer during installation/demo. In case of non-availability of Invoice, extended warranty will not be applicable.
Extended warranty is subject to verification of the documents and/or information provided by the customer and Samsung reserves the right to seek such additional documents and/or information from the customer as it may deem appropriate.
In case the customer wants to cancel the extended warranty before completion of the extended warranty period, there shall be no refund of the charges for the unexpired period of the extended warranty.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear of the parts or defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
The warranty does not cover the damage or loss caused by accident, lighting, water, fire or other acts of God, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Samsung’s control. In case services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such services shall be at extra charges.
This Extended Warranty will not be applicable in any of the following cases:
The Product is not purchased from an authorized dealer of the Company in India.
The Product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.
Defects caused by improper usage as determined by the Company’s personnel.
Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/ or physical construction of the Product.
Installation/ repair work is carried out by persons/agencies other than authorized by the Company.
The product is used for commercial purpose.
The conditions of the premises do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the Product.
The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the Product or its cabinet.
This Extended Warranty does not cover the damages to the Product while in transit to service centre or Purchaser’s residence.
This Extended Warranty shall cover only the Panel part of the Product. Any additional part(s) that may be required to restore the Product to the working condition shall be on chargeable basis at a price prevailing at the time of repair.

^^Scratch & Win up to Rs. 9 999.00
The scratch card offer is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu or where prohibited by law.
Applicable on all 81.28 cm (32") and above Television models.
The customer has to scratch the designated scratch area on the Scratch Card to reveal the cash-back in the presence of the Dealer or its authorized representative at the Dealer’s premises.
The total amount of cash back that the customer is entitled to shall be deducted from the invoice value of the Products at the time of purchase by the customer and the customer needs to submit the original Scratch Card to the Dealer.
In case of any tampering or abuse of the scratch card or invoice, Samsung reserves the right to unconditionally reject the benefits, at its sole discretion.
The customer stands the chance to win cash-back of Rs. 250.00, Rs. 500.00, Rs. 1 000.00 or Rs. 9 999.00.

Free Galaxy Tab E (T561) is applicable on all Food Showcase & French Door Refrigerators. Free Galaxy Tab 3V (T116) is applicable on other Side by Side Refrigerators. The list of applicable models is given in Annexure B.

###Exchange Offer
Up to 18% off on MRP option under Exchange is available on select models only. Exchange is applicable on refrigerator in working condition only on the old Frost Free models and is at the sole discretion of the dealer dependent upon the condition of the old refrigerator. +Easy EMIs – NBFC offer
