Warranty is 2years,but OP has 3years
Generally Sandisk products havce 5 years warranty! So how come this drive, which I guess is pricier than their base model (no cap, 5 years warranty) has a 2/3 year warranty? I’d not touch a drive with less than 5 year warranty. Also, Transcend is offering lifetime warranty (don’t know how they define “lifetime”).

Lifetime warranty of any electronic device is considered as 5 Years. As it is described as the minimum life of any electronic equipment’s.
