Sony/Seagate/ WD 1TB External HDD@3375/3600/3700 only..

Hii all.  I have to buy 1 tb hdd..  Which one of the above should i buy??  Pls suggest as i dont have that much idea. Thanks in advance.  Good reliability and speed
