Detailed Terms & Conditions

→This marketing program (“Program”) is from State Bank of India (“Bank”) and SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd (?Snapdeal.com?). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current State Bank Debit Card or SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by Bank/SBICPSL.
→ The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 28th September, 2015 (00:00 hrs) till 29th September, 2015 (23:59 hrs), unless extended by Bank, SBICPSL and Snapdeal.com by mutual consent in writing.
→ All SBI Credit Cardholders (excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card) with no outstanding of more than 30 days and all State Bank Debit Cardholders (Excluding State Bank Virtual Debit Card) are covered under this Program. This offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through SBI Internet Banking.
→ State Bank Debit Cards refer to any Debit Card issued by
a. State Bank of India
b. State Bank of Hyderabad
c. State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur
d. State Bank of Travancore
e. State Bank of Mysore
f. State Bank of Patiala
Transaction made using any of the above cards is eligible to avail the offer.
→ Under this Program, cardholder can avail 10% cashback during the offer period on ALL transactions of Rs. 3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand only) or more made/effected using State Bank Debit Card or SBI Credit Card on www.snapde...om & Snapdeal Mobile App.
→ Transaction size is the net paid value transacted through the Card after application of promo codes and SD cash.
→ The maximum cashback limit per card/account is Rs. 1,500 (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only). This would include any add-on card transactions in case of SBI credit Card.
→ For SBI Credit Card, the offer is also valid on EMI purchases 14%. Rate of interest applicable on monthly reducing balance.
→ Cashback is applicable over and above any promocode promotions running on the website.
→ Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer.
→ Cashback amount will be directly credited to the customer’s account by Bank or SBICPSL on or before 30th November 2015.
→ Offer is applicable on all products purchased from Snapdeal.com

Other Terms & Conditions

→ Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till 29th September, 2015. Post this date, Bank, SBICPSL & Snapdeal.com will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any person. Any issue with cashback will be entertained only till 30th December, 2015.
→ Bank/SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Snapdeal.com
→ All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
→ In the event an order is cancelled, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking eligibility of discount. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
→ Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating merchants/sellers of Snapdeal.com and accordingly Bank, SBICPSL or Snapdeal.com in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
→ Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by Bank, SBICPSL or by Snapdeal.com
→ Bank and SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Snapdeal.com on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Snapdeal.com and without reference to Bank and SBICPSL.
→ All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc. shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
→ Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Bank/SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai for Bank and New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Bank/SBICPSL.
→ Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
→ Bank/SBICPSL/Snapdeal.com reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
→ SBICPSL along with its direct affiliates is alone responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to SBI Credit Cards without reference to State Bank of India. However, State Bank of India along with its direct affiliates is solely responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to State Bank Debit Cards without reference to SBICPSL.
Queries pertaining to ‘cashback not received’ would not be entertained after the 30th December, 2015.

snapdeal is cheating with Cashback offer. I also did not receive Cashback of their SBI debit card offer 25-28 July 2015. last date to receive Cashback was 30 September. @nsefeed845

they did not wrote this term anywhere so i asked their csa about it that day
SBI 10% cashback offer was only for one product
if you have multiple orders you will not get cashback for all
only on one product

got the wrong model no.

Don’t worry bro. I also purchased and my cashback amount of Rs.759 is yet to be credited. Lets wait till Monday and then we will contact SBI.

It seems it is not yet credited to anybody, Lets wait till 30th Nov and raise dispute after 1st December because as per T&C any issue with respect to cashback will be entertained till 30th December 2015.

problem is not with SBI, Problem is snapdeal. unless until snapdeal do not provide cashback to bank, bank will not proceed.
snapdeal cashbacks never come, always have to do lots of followups.
