OK. Fine This Tolexo is giving good offers.
But its customer service is horrendous. They don’t even pick up the phone.
At least thats what their review says.

So if somebody is stuck with a problem like non receipt of item, or damaged item received, then who will take responsibility?
To save a few bucks on items that are not really needed, is this risk worth taking???
In my opinion let the company first establish its credentials, then only one should think about promoting them.
……..But very cheap items may be an acceptable risk.
Nevertheless to minimise risk forget Paytm and use COD,if substantial amount still has to be paid

No trick, I just selected paytm in payment mode. Within 2 hours I got the cash back.

I have a horrific experience with tolexo, ordered Gum Boots on COD some 7-8 months ago, they started the process of dispatch after 2 months, 3 months later I got the message that the shipment is on the way, after some 20 days I got message that product is out for delivery but I never received it.
All this times I tried to contact tolexo 100s of times, i got the line initial days, but later the line went cold.
and cherry on the top is that the product which I never received is still under status of “Processing Return”
But I still trust eCommerce, so placed an order of Rs. 500 in tolexo today… obviously effective order value will be Rs. 300, (Rs. 100 coupon and Rs. 100 cashback)

I desperately wanted to buy those Gum Boots, I’m into Cosplay, those boots were Knee High and were very much needed.

sorry guys but my reviews a bit different regarding customer care service. today i called up customer care and got connected on the spot. wanted to cancel my order. they ask me to call between 5.30 to 6 as concerned person will b available at that time. called back at that time and finally got concerned person and after our convwrsation if canceeling my order, the process was done within minutes. and got my order cancelled. so customer care do response nowadays.
