Terms and Conditions

Under the offer all HDFC Bank Credit Card holders (“Cardholders”) are eligible to get an additional discount of 10% on all products on Flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com & Flipkart’s Mobile Application (“Offer”)
The offer is valid from 10th August 2016 (00:00) to 12th August 2016 (23:59), inclusive of both dates (“Offer Period”)

Offer 1: 10% Instant Discount. Min Txn Rs. 4999 | Max Discount Rs. 1500 Per Card
• An instant discount of 10% will be awarded to HDFC Bank Credit Card holders at the time of making the payment. The offer is also applicable on EMI transactions
• The minimum cart amount to avail the discount is RS. 4,999 | The maximum discount that can be availed per card is RS. 1,500. This maximum discount cap is not applicable for LYF Flame 8 phones (Offer #2) and LeTV range of Televisions offer (Offer #3) listed below
• The Offer is applicable on All Sellers on Flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com & Flipkart’s Mobile Application
• Offer is not applicable on LeTV range of Televisions, LYF Flame 8 phones, Samsung Galaxy J2, J5, J7, S6, S6 Edge Models
• Offers are not applicable in the event of partial payments made through gift vouchers or Flipkart Wallet. Offer is not valid on HDFC Bank NetBanking option, Corporate & Commercial Cards
• This offer is capped at Rs. 1500 per card

Offer 2: 10% Instant Discount on LYF Flame 8 phones
• The maximum discount that can be availed per HDFC Credit Card is Rs. 420/- for this offer type
• If you add multiple products along with the LYF Flame 8 phone then only Rs. 420 will be awarded as instant discount
• To qualify for offer 1 & 2, customers will have to meet criteria’s of both offer 1 & 2. E.g.
o Cart has LYF Flame 8 Phone and products worth Rs. 2000, total discount for HDFC Bank Credit Card customer: Rs. 420
o Cart has LYF Flame 8 Phone and eligible products worth Rs. 5000 (excluding LYF Flame 8 Phone), total discount for HDFC Bank Credit Card customer: Rs. 420 + Rs. 500
• Offer is applicable only on LYF Flame 8 phones on Flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com & Flipkart’s Mobile Application
• Only one transaction is valid per HDFC Credit Card
• The Offer will be awarded to Cardholders at the time of making the payment
• Offers are not applicable in the event of partial payments made through gift vouchers or Flipkart Wallet. Offer is not valid on HDFC Bank NetBanking option, Corporate & Commercial Cards

Offer 3: Flat Rs. 5000 off on LeTV range of Televisions
• The maximum discount that can be availed per HDFC Credit Card is Rs. 5000/- for this offer type
• If you add multiple products along with LeTV range of Televisions then only Rs. 5000 will be awarded as instant discount
• To qualify for Offer 1 &2; Offer 1,2 & 3, customers will have to meet criteria’s of Offer 1 & 2; 1,2 & 3 respectively E.g.
o Cart has LeTV television & products worth Rs. 3000, total discount for HDFC Bank Credit Card customer: Rs. 5000
o Cart has LeTV television, LYF Flame 8 Phone and products worth Rs. 2000, total discount for HDFC Bank Credit Card customer: Rs. 5000 + Rs.420
o Cart has LeTV television, LYF Flame 8 Phone and eligible products worth Rs. 5000 (excluding LYF Flame 8 & LeTV television), total discount for HDFC Bank Credit Card customer: Rs.5000 + Rs. 420 + Rs. 500
• Only one transaction is valid per HDFC Credit Card.
• The Offer will be awarded to Cardholders at the time of making the payment
• Offer is applicable only on LeTV range of televisions (Model Name: X3-55, X3-65, Max-65) on Flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com & Flipkart’s Mobile Application
• Offers are not applicable in the event of partial payments made through gift vouchers or Flipkart Wallet. Offer is not valid on HDFC Bank NetBanking option, Corporate & Commercial Cards
Detailed Terms and Conditions:

• Purchases incurred outside the offer Period will not qualify for the Offer
• Offer is not applicable for Card on delivery transactions
• Offer will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer at the time of purchase
• In case if there is an existing discount available on the purchased product on flipkart.com, Cardholder will be eligible for an additional 10% discount over and above the existing offer on flipkart.com, subject to all the other conditions being fulfilled
• Cardholders will have to make the payment with their HDFC BANK Credit Cards only to avail this Offer
• Cardholders will have to make the entire transaction payment via HDFC BANK Credit Card to qualify for the Offer
• HDFC Bank does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this Offer
• The participation is voluntary and deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein
• In the event orders are cancelled or returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking eligibility of offer. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer
• HDFC Bank holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder. The Cardholder shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her Card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period
• The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of HDFC Bank
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/or billed to the account of the Cardholder
• This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of HDFC Bank
• HDFC Bank is not making any commitment to make such similar offers beyond the Offer Period
• All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder’s agreement shall continue to apply
• HDFC Bank holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder. The Cardholder shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her Card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period
• HDFC Bank reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Offer at its sole discretion and the same shall be binding on the Cardholder at all times
• This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of HDFC Bank and Flipkart.com
• HDFC Bank is not making any commitment to make such similar offers beyond the Offer Period
• The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of HDFC Bank
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/or billed to the account of the Cardholder
• All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder’s Agreement shall continue to apply
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bengaluru only
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the existing terms and conditions on Flipkart.com
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only
• Flipkart Internet Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure by HDFC Bank to honor the transaction and for any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Cardholder was not successful. HDFC Bank shall indemnify and hold the Cardholder harmless against any claims by the Cardholder for unsuccessful completion of the transaction. Further, HDFC Bank shall solely be liable to the Cardholder for wrongful remittance of the amounts by it
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on Flipkart website, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products sold by the relevant sellers. Flipkart shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same
• Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective sellers at flipkart.com and in no circumstances flipkart.com shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled in cash
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered
• Flipkart.com reserves the right to alter modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with/without prior notice to the customer
• Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Instant Discount Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained until 13th September, 2016. Post such date, Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons
• The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold Flipkart Internet Private Limited harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart Internet Private Limited as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned in the website www.flipka...om; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the customer
• All the terms and conditions of the discount offer as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of www.flipka...om shall be applicable on the Cardholder
• All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective seller and Flipkart Internet Private Limited shall no way responsible for the same
• Further, as required by applicable law, in the event that the Cardholder makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above Rs.2,00,000, the Cardholder will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the website, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Cardholder will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Cardholder, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Cardholder will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Cardholder and the name on the PAN Card
