Grofers is too complicated now with store wide minimum order plus less variety plus mostly on MRP whereas BigBasket has much wider variety plus many offers & discounts
If Grofers is minimum 500 vs BigBasket 1000 still you dont get things to fill cart at grofers from particular seller all the time
