Absolutely correct. Its weight gainer and can be harmful if taken without consultation.

in other words, kha mat lena body banane ke chakkar mein body bane na bane dast jaroor lag jayenge.

Overdose of proteins can lead to death, kidney failure. Definitely not for children. this is not horlicks.

Well I am into bodybuilding since past three years and I would suggest anybody (Even if he goes to gym daily like me) to minimize supplements and consume natural diet (Like chicken breast/egg white/Fish).

Daily protein intake of a non gym going person should be equal to its weight

(Fr e.g 70 kg person would need 70 gms)

And a gym going person needs twice (140 gms daily).

an excellent supplement for whey protein is Amway’s nutrilite. I have never taken any other supplement. And I only take 8-9 gm of protein through suppliments

Lolz . Abs are not built by protein. They can even be built by a person who does not exercise at all. Just Lower your calorie intake (Most difficult thing in this world is to change your eating habits- at least for me).

If you eat to grow your muscle calorie intake would go higher (No abs). If you reduce your calories (no muscle/muscle loss). This is a long-long process And believe me buddy it needs discipline of highest order.

Iphone 6 is coming this september. SO buying iphone 5s would not be that good idea. Moreover I am not a fan of small screens. I love smartphones with a screen size of (4.7-5.3 inch)
