many have reported they never get the products which they order ? Someone reply that they actually received ??

Initially gave 20%, then 15%, now 10%. But cannot trust them. Ordered E7, A6000, nitro. Cancelled them saying that the product was not available.

Customer care fellows are so stupid and she suggested me a micomax mobile with the same discount and same specs. But actually it was having half the specs of the mobile which I had ordered.

I’ve received product after lots of follow up with Zoppper & retailer.
Now, app doesn’t show order delivered/completed even after 2days of delivery.
Retailer called me mid-way to collect product & pay. I went as i ws in hurry to get product. Also, confirm amount payable with retailer. Take SS of final amount while ordering from app.

I don’t always hate Terms & Conditions :
Not for retailers.
