I disagree. I have mentioned my experience in previous posts so not repeating it here. There were other good and bad reviews on previous posts. With any startup at initial stages people do face problems, you will find simillar posts for paytm, even amazon and flipkart.
BTW, zopper was on techcrunch few days back.

My advice if you get a good price, go for it. In anycase order is delivered by seller having a physical location and always by authorized dealer.

Today, I got a call from Zopper.

Their management team talked to me. I told them I should not have mind if you dishonor your 20% discount that I applied for the order for any reason, but dishonoring after you asked me to be ready with cash to pay was a crime. They have apologized.

They said they would deliver the phone today, I did not want to take, but I could not resist iPhone 6 Plus, 16GB at 42.4K.

Of course, they have assured me that they would be very keen in delighting the customers with good service by strengthening their support team.
