well here i go reviewing 99labels.com, i read this http://www.desidime.com/forums/hot-deals-online… on dd and was very not into buying that after all rather negative reviews about the site,but the offer was so unresistible that i talked with the guy from 99labels,it was a toll free no 1.800.103.1199 i was assured by the cc that i can go with my purchase and will get the 6 pack off Adidas deos within 7 days as they are in express delivery.
i thought of ordering with cod, but had another opinion so to avoid 50 extra,i opted prepaid and the order was smooth. the site as a timer and 1 had to complete the order within specif time limit and it was more than enough, as it will give u 30 minutes odd, i completed order.
but still i was not very sure they will deliver what they promised, but today to my surprise they did an awesome job,the packing was real professionally done with extra wrapping paper and bubble wrap used, had all 6 deos put in a large cardboard with neat labeling and so.
they shipped via bluedart, best courier as far as iam concerned, so the shipping charges of 75 they levied was ok,it just took 3 days to get the product after order and this was real steal as i got them all for just 495.
all deos was original,the stock was bit old but no regrets as they come with 3 years expiry,they were made in poland on sep 2010 and imported by cavincare India on feb 2011.
finally a big thanks for smartty.nikh… for awesome find and many thanks for dd for great platform, really sorry to smartty.nikh… that the deal could not be fpd i suggest the admins to plz have a re-look as this was very honest review and smartty.nikh… deserve to be appreciated for such a good find

@ legend king thanks for info i will remember that,also iam very cautious in purchasing apparel online as i had very bitter experience both with homeshop18 and yebhi, but yebhi had refunded money including the promo code ,so if the site accepts returns then its fair,99 labels have return facility for clothes, but not for perfumes, so in future if u get old stock do return them, anyway
@ poopoosingh what u bought plz give more info so we will be aware, but has far as the deos are considered i got them ,so do my friends so they rock ,but dont know about the clothes ect,but i ordered jeans so will post when i get them or not get them lol

100% avoid 99labels. Stuff is junk. Prices are totally wierd. Rule: if it is cheap, stuff is crap!
No returns, except clothes. Customer care does not exist. Idiots man the phone. Netbanking does not work. And, they are prompt to call asking you to pay 50 extra to make it COD. Man, their crappy site does not work and they want you to pay! I told one lady at least waive the Rs50 (others sites would give a free coupon), she replies ‘I am not authorised to listen to what you say’. Man, they must be from the moon.
And, they have this bullshit timer going threatening to blow up if you cant finish in time. With a website that is from the stone age, if you try to buy more than 3 items, you can never beat the timer!
If someone has had a good deal, they are lucky.

But they shipped only 1 out of 2 items in the order. So, I emailed them. (I’ve experienced that email is the better way to make complaints than phone calls.)
They did not refund the money :-( but gave me credits + a bonus credit of Rs. 50 as follows:

@jaigreat, yes they have a 50% usage criteria for the refunded money. E.g. if you have a credit of 110 which you want to use for buying something worth 200 then the best part is that you can use max credit of 100 on order of 200 and they will refund the remaining 10 credits back to your account. So this way you have the freedom to choose the product even if it’s cost does not meet your credits 50% criteria.
And yes the credits expire in 1 month’s time.

@ kage first i know about normal credits of 99labels, but what iam curious is the credit given to u after not delivering one cup as said by u, will this credits also lost for 1 month with only 50% usage same as joining and inviting friend credits. if so then its not fare as that is there fault not delivering there promise ,so these credits should have lifetime validity and 100 usage at any given order, hope u got my point,do plz reply

@jaigreat, my words may have confused you but you are right, refunded credits also have the same conditions like welcome credits/referral credits.
One thing here, I had placed this order with the welcome credits of 500. So I’m not sure that is the reason why my refunded credits have the same conditions as the welcome credits which you already know. 50% usage and 1 month expiry.
It will be good to confirm somehow that if we place an order without using any discount coupon then will they still put these conditions in case order is refunded??

I think 99labels not only credited back 180+50=230 goodwill credits to my account but also refunded Rs.180 back to my credit card hence giving me a profit of Rs.230 for free! I’m very happy with 99labels.com!!

Yes the shipping time of 99labels is approx 20 working days.. And for 99labels 5 working days in a week (monday to friday.)
And the count these from the day when sale ends. So u can expect your product to reach anytime near 17 July.
They ship via bluedart courier and provide the tracking no of the same via mail.
