Alcatel is a french company. The build quality is good.
The only problem is that it is difficult to hear the caller as the volume is too low. I don’t know what to do with this phone. Technically, it is useless as you cannot talk on the road because of the noise.

Boss, go to nearest mobile shop, and tell him to change speaker, after having local speaker, volume will become high. Myself also having audivox mobile which i bought in 550rs, its rings was very low and voice of other party was almost very low bt then i changed its speaker and now its gud enough to listen.
