BE aware of Duplicate/ Fake product of Shopclues.

I too had bitter experiences. Like arrow socks, umbrella, chacolates… Best one happened yesterday.
I have ordered 12 smiley balls at 225 + 35 shipping and 1 sandisk extreme 45 mbps 16 gb card (1150).
When I received items, i could find only 4 balls. For memory card, there is no warranty card and vat paid bill/invoice.
CARD is definitely fake/Chinese item. And with balls, seller definitely want to take a chance if I am ignorant.
I have raised compliant. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I ordered it on 2 jun 13 and got delivered at 5 jun …. the product was not upto satisfactory as it was a D (duplicated) FCUK and the finishing of the t-shirt wasnt good like the buttons threads were already torn when recieved…. cloth was also not of a good quality…

SO GUYS I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT YEBHI.COM IS CHEATING ON US BY PROVIDING FAKE DETAILS OF THEIR FAKE PRODUCTS…

same with me for the UCB wallet from Snapdeal. I asked for a refund. The customer care was at least good and approved the refund. Hope the process of refund is smooth.

Well from last 2 yrs i am on dd , i have seen so many deals of shopclues offer and tradus mega offer but till now i didnt made a/c on both …. but made many transactions for ebay/homeshop18/buytheprice/flipkart/landmarkonthenet/snapdeal/ and finally my conclusion is…

flipkart is best …., if you purchase good product, you will get good…but intentionally purchase chep products then you will get what you pay!!

Homeshop18 is good also… but sometimes cc sucks and delivery may be late… , choose original product then you will get original.

Buytheprice… now merged with tradus but it was good website in past, and its offer was superb, never cheated me.

Snapdeal… bought many products , almost all were good but one body lotion was fake and my body got some white spots and finally in treatment i lost around 500 rs , and after that i never purchased any beauty products from them.

Landmarkonthenet…. I bought books… received in good condition but delivery was poor, and no confirmation whether i got my products or not like HS18 do.

ebay….. , it was totally waste for me… i bought orkia emergency light worth rs 150/ nokia 2700c body panel worth rs 400 / lighter & knife/ mobile battery worth 150 rs,299 rs and many items , all were fake except sankalpdeals… so finally i stopped myself to purchase anything from ebay., In some cases even i complained to ebay seller but he/she didnt responded.

I’ve brought lots of jdd, cracker deals, deos.. etc, but never got anything duplicate. There may be people who got duplicate products, but by that we can’t brand SC as a duplicate seller.

Who can say that the park avenue deo they got last time was duplicate.

I would recommend you to be a bit picky while placing order and make sure about the skincare products..

Received Garnier light face wash from last sunday fila market. I bought 3 from 3 id and all are pure duplicate. Faded print, low quality tube, and smell and quality is totally different from the one I using. I also gone to shop to match for the same size and it looks duplicate at first sight. I am now doing extra effort to get the proof from garnier people then I will fuck the shopcluses seller. This 69rs deal can cost 69000 if got any bad effect on skin.
Please check if any one placed the order for the same.

I havent had any lemons from shopclues till now. I used to get stuff during the early stages when sunday flee market was introduced. At that time prices were good and the stuff received was original. I have only faced problems during two orders that I had placed earlier. else everything is fine.

HS18 currently dealing with them now. Their CC is pretty nice. They call back if they have assured which is a good sign. Their prices are nice too especially the books(DC Comics) which are imported. The discounts provided are good too. The only problem is their super slow delivery system. else I am giving them 5/5.

Flipkart have dealt in the past and currently dealing with them too. Fantastic service. Super quick delivery, replacements are also taken care off well. Their packing needs to improve(during the Rains) as the books get wet & that too imported books. They have provided good discounts for most of the sections. I am giving them 5/5 for providing service with satisfaction.

they provided me a damaged product, took 1 month to process the return, reordered without my asking and now claiming it is out of stock.

i have been chasing them for refund-or at least make the status of order as Cancelled nothing.
I even ask the refund to be processed as cluebucks nothing.

Rest of the things I ordered was OK-never anything big. All Chinese stuff, I am sure.
But, at least they used to respond in case of any issues.-Now, nothing.

Is there a complaint with any of the TV channels /Govt site/Consumer forum where I can mark them in my correspondence to Shopclues support ?

Guys, i think there are some saller there which make the whole website review like if you buy from a bad or fraud seller then product is fake so you got fake so it better to make a list of that kind of seller in a new forum so that buyer or dimers can be safe and buy original products and this is applicable on shopclues.com, ebay.com, tradus.com and similar site.

Its true and I am 100% sure this vivel soap gave the pimples. I regularly use lux soap. with shopclues’s vivel soap arriving to me, I used vivel for body and lux soap for face alone (to save lux). started getting pimples in body. Thought it was due to summer. then Lux got over. hence was forced to use vivel for face too. Then only I realized after 2 days of use it gave similar looking pimples on my face (I very very rarely used to get pimples before). Immediately realized the reason, put aside my laziness and bought my regular soap from shop.

If anyone had similar experience with vivel soap from shopclues pls share it here.

Got the product (Oil-Clear) by bluedart, but as soon as i opened the box, the tube was brand new, and when I took a drop of it, I was terrified by its colour, and odour.

OMG, horribily fake product.
But there and then contacted to refund the money directly threathning them for consumer forum, asked me to click pics, and revert
I did the same the very instant I got the mail, now they are refunding my money.
You can urself see the difference in product.

i hv recieved 2 fake garnier face wash, one is oil clear & one is light fairness, complained to shopclues, got refund for only one (as it is damaged in Transit), but no response for other one, going to raise a complaint soon (as im a bit busy now).. so i suggest fellow dimers to stay away from shopclues FAKES..

aleva international bhi koi dood ka dhula nahin hai, it takes atleast a month ot two after an item is manufactured to reach the market, how can they sell the products manufactured in same month, there is a supply chain managmenet process, where the older inventory is forwarded first, and all companies keep inventories for at least month in advance in warehouse, in case of unavoidable circumstances like strike, nautral calamitties etc.

i bought a wallet, after recieving it i found it fake n cheap quality, although on the website 100% leather was mentioned.

After filing complaint n request for return & refund, Shopclues CC straight away denied for exchange or any refund, although it was clearly mentioned in their policy that they do accept returns and refund.

I understood, it is a cheap , fraud website. wht the hell did i do….
I request no one to buy anything from shopclues.
I AM ALREADY SUFFERING.

I FELL INTO PREY BY READING 100% LEATHER ON SHOPCLUES PAGE’S PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FOR THIS WALLET.
