I agree that Timtara is bad in all aspects ( from what I hear from others). But in you case I think its more to do with the lack of information.. Coupons section of DD always has info about the coupons available for various sites and T&C etc.. so its advisable to visit coupons section making any purchases from any sites..

yes timtara is worst site i placed order on 19 0ct and till now item is not received can any one tell what to do i written many times to customer care but no response ……………….

These guys seriously miss one important point, “RETURN CUSTOMERS”, with service levels this low I assure doomsday is not far for Timtara.
