I am sharing with you my horror of buying a deal from Dealsandyou.com
I had ordered a Dish TV offer from online shopping website Dealsandyou.com(pathetic company) on 3rd Nov 2011. After 21 working days(this time period is given by Dealsandyou.com to invest our money in stock market to increase their profit) they sent me Videocon D2H offer that too with validity till 15 Dec 2011! I am very much sure they purposely sent me the wrong offer to compensate for the original offer. Shockingly, I found out from Videocon D2H customer care that the Videcon D2H offer they sent me is a “Free” product given with Toshiha LCD TV. How shocking is that?!
After playing the “dirty games” they are shamelessly saying they cannot make a refund. They think consumers are stupid people who can be fooled easily. I am going to fight and take them to consumer court. We cannot let such fraud companies to loot us.
I have even lodged a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs department to teach them a lesson.
Please show support to the victims of such unethical and unprofessional companies.

She sorted out my matter very fast long ago when I had one refund issue with them.

They call immediatly to me by phone and ask execuse.
and ask time for 5 working days.

If you are not getting item back, go and ask your courier person.
Don’t tell to me for wait.
My Money is in your hand.
If I am not getting item within 15.12.2011,
I will surely go for consumer court

Please avoid to post about deals and you .com new deals.
Thus like we save some ones from this cheaters
I also had similar experience, I oderedered videocon d2h on 4th Nov and after calls to CC, mails to support and posting on their FB page, today they are saying my order is cancelled.
That was my first purchase form deals and you and my last one.
I will stay away from that site now.

We should all support such buyer,all DD who are in opinion of supporting this thread
should give their support and we can send this thread to such companies, or
send a copy to consumer court.
This will be good start to stop such online shopping portals to loot the people.
