“Fashion & You: Indulge Yourself.”
No wonder their tagline itself explicitly says we are gonna make suffer. I had ordered two perfumes Benetton Cold 100 ml & F1 Formula on 31st August,2011. When they had the offer of getting product for as low as Re 1. Luckily, I was able to grab the above mentioned products at far lower price. And that’s when hell started loose. I didn’t knew they had policy of shipping a product after 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Since,I was getting the product at such a cheaper rate,i obliged. After constantly pestering them for 2-3 weeks, they shipped one product from “ARAMEX”. Which arrived at location & has been put on hold. Both the sides, have no idea, why my product has been put on hold. and today I am getting a mail from fashion & you that they won’t be able deliver my second product & hence they are cancelling my order.
This is completely unprofessional.
Me as a customer had called them several times just to know the status of my product & here are these people who don’t even have the courtesy to call up & inform. Just a mail for formality.
This clearly denotes their attitude that " Your money Your Tension"

On the other hand,I had got calls from Yebhi,Letsbuy,ebay dealers inquire about the product condition & whether it has reached me or not.

but yeah 51% users dissatisfied 49% satisfied only after getting delivered

RULE IS RULE (no special requests accepted)
for returns bear the courier charges
wait for 10-30 days
refferal system has turned bad

Hey ankit just send them mail stating why they have cancelled the delivery of the product… i have done the same few time and they provide “we are sorry voucher” of Rs 250.
