Flipkart Nightmare! FK sells Rubbish apparels.

Now is too much!

I and my friends wanted to purchase winterwears for coming season, due to exam issues I thought to give fk a try!

ALL yes ALL 12 outta 12 items were defective, every t-shirt, sweater had some major or minor problem.

I am 100% sure flipkart sells defective reduction maal, which everybody in country rejects.

I ordered several items from your website, but four of the items were
received defective
1. Adidas Polo Striped Men’s T-shirt (Size: L) had open stitches
2. Adidas Solid Casual Men’s Sweater (Size: XL) has damaged fabric
3. Adidas Round Neck Striped Men’s Sweater (Size: L) has damaged fabric
4. Levi’s Underwear(Size: XL) is significantly not as shown on your website

Your phone cs executive told me that Item No. 1 & 2 was no longer in stock
so the money had to be refunded back to my account, item 4 was an
undergarment and you don’t replace it by policy, and item 3 can be
replaced, and your cs executive can arrange a reverse pickup but failed to
do so FOUR times.

Also two other items did not fit me correctly:
5. Pepe Striped Round Neck Casual Men’s Sweater (Size: L)
6. Adidas Solid Men’s Track Top (Size: L)

as directed afterwards, I myself shipped item no. 3, 5 & 6, by my means
through DTDC courier trackID:********** (which cost me Rs. 600, which had to
be returned to me in 24 hours from 11:36PM 9/11/2013, as I was told on
phone, and I have not received until now) to the WS Retail Warehouse
address mentioned on my invoice(as directed by phone cs executive) whose
geographical address appears to have been shifted since it’s printing on my
invoice.

Every time during initiation of replacement(FIVE times) for my sweater
[item no 3 Adidas Round Neck Striped Men’s Sweater (Size: L)] I requested
the subsequent shipment to be sent through BlueDart courier, but not a
single request has been honored (exception being the initial order) which
leads me to believe that you dumped your defective, torn apparels on me.
Perhaps you’ll try to, but will never be able to feel my agony of getting
repaired brand new clothes and wearing them on Deepawli festival. I didn’t
opt for refund of items 1, 2 & 4 because I needed the clothes for Diwali
festival.

Now I request you to:
a. Refund Rs. 600 courier charges incurred by me for reverse shipment by me
into my Flipkart wallet (copy of courier receipt attached) in 1 hour.
b. Ship Item no 3. Adidas Round Neck Striped Men’s Sweater (Size: L) to my
address through BlueDart in 24 hours
c. Refund full amount of Items 5. Pepe Striped Round Neck Casual Men’s
Sweater (Size: L) & 6. Adidas Solid Men’s Track Top (Size: L) to my
Flipkart wallet in 12 hours.

As you have failed at every step in providing me any resolution for my
complaint, for much time has passed since my order was placed on 18
October, 2013 5:46 PM and was delivered on 23 November, 2013 much of my
precious time (~20 hours) have been wasted in talking & writing to you
Your failure to do so will result in a consumer dispute filed in District
Consumer Forum, ********, Maharashtra and you will be liable to pay all the
money in question plus the legal fees plus the compensation for causing me
extreme agony and any interest incurred whatsoever.
So the ball is in your court.

and decide for yourself. but MIND that these were the ones which I didn’t send for replacement/refund.

and yes after spending hard earned, money I do expect near-perfect items. not much I ask.
