green dust is ultimate fraud.. i ordered a toaster with green dust discount coupon of rs 250 off 0n rs500. so cost of my net product is 294.
its been 45 days now and the product is not delivered yet. firstly they cancelled my order and said was cancelled due to cash on delivery mode but i paid thru debit card!! so i mailed them they responded sry foe the in convience caused we will ship it. then after that 30 days gone. no response. i haVE MAILED THEM AGIAN . BUT ALSO IN 15 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED!! I EVEN ASKED THEM TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK.dnt need a toaster from such bastards..!! but dey do not respond at all!!!
can any1 suggest wat to do??

It’s sad but I guess only option you have is to phone them and keep on chasing for your refund or shipment.
My experience with them was satisfactory for my only order when they shipped the goods in about 10-15 days.
I guess your money should be safe with them. But site doesn’t seem reliable and don’t know how long it may take.

I ordered emergency light on 29th september 2011
Till now not shipped. I called them 3 times, they will put u on hold multiple times and cut the call.
Another time they said they will ship tomorrow and never shipped. They will never reply to your emails. I am frustrated and dont know wat to do.
Please dont do the mistake of order in greendust.
I am now beginning to thinking that my Rs.900 is lost.
