I used their launch coupon, which gave me 200 off 400, to buy a couple of items from hoopos.com.
The site is well designed, navigation is quite easy and I liked their “quick links” part.
I placed the order around 1am friday morning, paying by credit card, and received the items today – saturday – afternoon. Shipping was by Blue Dart. Packaging was good. Products as described.
Overall, my impression is very positive. They have an easy to navigate site, a number of products which are not available on other baby stores, their shipping is fast and free (for orders over Rs 149) using a very good courier, and the items are packaged well.
One slightly negative thing was that in one of the items, a part of the manufacturers label containing the price information was scraped off.

I like the site and variety of stuff they have. First order experience using 200 off coupon was also
great. They forgot to send me the free Ollie and upon my complaint , they are sending me one now.
Want to buy many more items with them in near future. But prefer they come out with some
good discount coupons.
